To make an appointment: Choose

Use the location dropdown to specify where the appointment will take place. Selecting a different location will reload the appointment dates and times that are available to be booked.

When booking an appointment, please be sure to leave a thirty minute gap between your appointment and other events on my calendar. Please, do not book my events back to back.
